I was offered a clear explanation of the service for my car by Karen M. She then asked whether I was waiting or going home. I told her that I wanted to walk up to Costco. When I returned I sat in the lovely waiting area and drank water, watched TV, and read my book. My car was washed before I left.
I am very satisfied as usual with the service I receive. The service department is great. My service person was away from his station and the next person took information for him. That is what I call team work. ii call team work
Josh Owens (salesman) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Offered what I felt a fair price on very popular vehicle without the usual back and forth. The auxiliary staff didn't exert the kind of pressure I've seen before to up sell extras. Josh also came to me the following day to complete the transaction and explain vehicle technology which was very convenient.
My salesman, Mr. Isse Mohamud, and finance man, Mr. Ron, were both respectful, knowledgeable and patient. My experience was polite and personable. I felt my purchase was respected and valued by Boulevard Buick.
The service reps were attentive, communicative, and friendly. My service was completed in a very timely manner and I was even asked if I needed a ride the morning I took my truck in for service. Overall, a great experience
