Through my company they offer discount rates and when I presented this to the dealership they had mentioned over the phone that they honor the price but I would have to go it and bring printed proof. When I got there they told me that they were unable to homer it. Which puzzled me after they just told me they do and all I need was printed proof. Was that just a ploy to get me down to the Dealership? After some negotiation we agreed on a price but unfortunately my wife wasn't there to sign paper work so we had made plans fir us to come back the next day after 7:30pm. Which the sales representative should mentioned it was to close to closing and it wouldn't be a good idea because their "internet shutdown after a certain time", which I find to be BS. But we were able to go the numbers once again. I had told the sales rep that I would like to have it printed out for reference when we came back. But he mentioned that he would just write it down that would be sufficient enough, BS once again. As we came third time the pricing became a issue as they refused to offer me the intial deal and told new that they would never make a deal like that. BS, we were debating a $1000 down... which it than took me to ask the Sales Manager to meet me $500. At this point I could tell I wasn't going to get any kind of A Class customer service. Which I was right, they didn't wash the Yukon XL and I wad missing a second set of ear phones and remote. I asked for it and c the sales rep said it didn't come with a second set... which I had to pull up the online report stating it did. Another hour wait to get the damn head sets. Which did not come with the tenor m remote. At that point my wife was done and just wanted to leave. No thank you, no hand shake, no kinda of customer service.
The reps worked very hard to find the answer to my problem. I find it difficult to understand why the batteries in my remote keep going dead. The reason I would find it a problem to recommend Boulevard Cadillac to anyone is that I know no one with a Buick or Cadillac.
I know that when I get my truck serviced or have the oil changed, tires rotated, its all done right and my truck gets washed, comes back to me looking great! Of course I get plenty of comments about what a nice looking truck I have so I will share the comments with you at the GMC dealership!
