it was short of amazing. I had stopped in the morning at another GMC dealer before heading to Boulevard just because it was closer to home but was treated poorly just to said the least. fortunately for me I found Boulevard. Ricky in sales treat me with courtesy all the way to the process. He guide me thru the different models and price options. We negotiated with mutual respect till both parties were in agreement, it was time to head down to financing. As you know financing can be another battle you need to face with the upgrades and such. I expected the same old hard ball battle that had in previous car transactions thru out my life, to my surprise it was not the case. The gentleman in financing made me feel as if I was talking to an old friend. The offer me the different options and at no time felt the pressure of some one trying to sell me something. Finally I sign, bump fists and drove off. On my way home I though, what a great experience, I'm going to recommend them to all the people I know. Sincerely, Thank you to Boulevard to all your team.
